Abstract

The modern labor market is undergoing significant changes under the influence of demographic processes, in particular, population aging and labor shortages. These challenges are becoming especially relevant in the context of globalization, technological progress, and changing socio-economic conditions. The growing proportion of older people in the population structure leads to an increased burden on the pension system, healthcare system and social security. At the same time, the reduction in the number of economically active population reduces the potential for economic development and competitiveness of countries.
