Abstract

The theses analyze the cooperation of state institutions of Ukraine, public organizations with the Council of Europe in order to support the languages ​​and cultures of national minorities. The joint Action Plan for 2023-2026 "Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction" is described, which provides for support for the reform program within the framework of Ukraine's European perspective in order to combine European progress and the process of Ukraine's recovery. Within the framework of this project, the main measures of the “Roadmap for Creating Conditions for Improving the Quality of Teaching in the State Language and Languages ​​of Indigenous Peoples and National Minorities in General Secondary Education Institutions of Ukraine for 2023-2027” developed by the Ministry of Education of Ukraine, the “Strategy for Promoting the Realization of the Rights and Opportunities of Persons Belonging to the Roma National Minority in Ukrainian Society for the Period Until 2030” and the “Strategy for the Development of the Crimean Tatar Language for 2022-2032” are presented. It is emphasized that the joint systematic work of representatives of state bodies of Ukraine, European institutions, Ukrainian and international scientific and educational institutions, and public organizations makes it possible to take important steps for the integration of Ukraine into the EU, ensure equal rights of national minorities to quality education and successful socialization in the modern world, and preserve their language and identity.
