Abstract
The study outlines the theoretical and methodological foundations for designing STEM education as a pedagogical technology in lyceums. A structural-content model of the STEM program encompassing objective, content, organizational, and evaluative components is substantiated. The role of scientific-methodological, didactic, informational, and personnel support is discussed. Perspectives for further research into educators' professional development and evaluation of students' competencies are identified.
