Abstract

The research was carried out within the framework of the scientific topic “Socio-psychological strategies for forming a healthy lifestyle of an individual in conditions of social instability” of the Department of Social Psychology of the Personality of the Institute of Social and Political Psychology. Leading spiritual practices (I pray, watch programs about spirituality, participate in the work of spiritual communities, read spiritual literature) and self-development strategies (I make plans, expand knowledge and improve skills) to support the health of Ukrainians during the war were identified. It was also determined that men have a higher level of fundamental trust, and women have a higher level of self-worth.
