Abstract

Psychological methods of overcoming negative emotions in conflict are identified, such as: social-psychological training, individual psychological counseling, autogenic training, mediation activities of a psychologist, self-analysis of conflict behavior. Their advantages and possibilities are revealed. Art-therapeutic methods are described that allow a person to better understand himself and his opponent in a conflict, to choose the most rational one from a set of strategies and tactics of conflict behavior, to calm down and take control of negative emotions in a conflict, to master ways of constructively resolving the conflict.
