Abstract

The scientific report on the interim results of the research work "Development of a methodology for forming a stable balance of the locus of control as a leading factor in strengthening the mental health of Ukrainian youth in war conditions" presents the results of the first, theoretical and empirical stage of research in accordance with the Technical Task and the Calendar Plan for the implementation of scientific research for 2024. The publication, based on an analytical analysis of scientific primary sources, summarizes modern approaches to understanding the resilience of the individual. It is proven that one of the main predictors of resilience is the locus of control. The results of the empirical study are presented. It is found that a balanced locus of control is necessary to preserve resilience and strengthen mental health.
