Abstract

At the Global level, there is an expansion and functional filling of GPP Roles in the process of providing FD due to the integration of pharmacists in primary health care as members of multidisciplinary teams with further interdisciplinary interaction. It was determined that these measures have an economic impact on the sustainability of national health systems. The educational and information functions of pharmacists in filling the Roles of GPP are highlighted. Emphasis is placed on teamwork in accordance with the best global practices. The model of providing FD to patients with coronary artery disease at the primary level of MD was developed and substantiated on the basis of medical technology assessment. The functional components of the GPP Roles are substantiated, taking into account the reduction in the number of secondary cardiovascular events, the disability of the population and the reduction of the burden on the national healthcare system.
