Abstract

Unemployment is an extremely urgent problem for Ukraine, especially in the conditions of martial law. In addition to socio-economic, it has a number of socio-psychological problems that need to be solved. They primarily include social and psychological maladaptation. The purpose of the study was to analyze the features of social and psychological adaptation of unemployed women of different age groups. For this purpose, during 2024, we conducted a survey of 41 women registered at the Belotserki branch of the Kyiv Regional Employment Center. The questionnaire included 16 questions, the vast majority of which were combined (semi-open), which required the answer "your option". The study of the features of the socio-psychological adaptation of unemployed women to employment showed that women of pre-retirement age are characterized by the highest level of maladjustment, and young women are characterized by the lowest level.
