Abstract
The article reveals the phenomenon of post-crisis development, presents it as an important element of the process of adaptation, reintegration and recovery after crisis and traumatic events, emphasizes its importance in preserving internal resources and demonstrating hardiness. It is emphasized that it is an important source of transformational changes and mechanisms of finding a new meaning in life. Emphasis is placed on the need to take into account in psychological support programs psychological aspects necessary for the activation of post-crisis development, which is currently the main factor in psychological recovery after the war. The main problems faced by the military have been identified: feelings of loneliness, isolation, affiliative dissatisfaction, misunderstandings and problems of self-perception, experiencing a sense of loss, feelings of guilt, conflict between the identities of "veteran" and "civilian", mental stress, and aggressive manifestations, returning to civilian life, guilt, functional stability and low vitality. Also, the presence of biased attitudes and stereotypical perceptions of the military, which prevent timely detection of problems, in particular, are the cause of ignoring the need for constant psychological support of the military, is emphasized. The foreign experience of the mechanisms of determining the preclinical subsyndromal state of stress trauma in order to prevent functional disorders and distress is presented. The main ways to solve these problems are described, including social support, the use of narratives, CSF techniques, and the restorative role of religion and the therapeutic potential of using humor are highlighted. It is noted that taking into account these approaches in psychological support programs will help to create an effective algorithm for helping military personnel, which will provide an opportunity to improve the mental state and survive negative experiences, will contribute to the effectiveness of their activities, and will also outline the main paths to post-crisis development, as well as the reintegration of military personnel into civilian life
