Abstract

After the outbreak of full-scale war in Ukraine, many people, both civilians and military, have appeared in need of prosthetics and rehabilitation due to physical injuries. Unfortunately, at the moment the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine does not publish official statistics, so we cannot operate with specific data. However, in June 2022, Health Minister Viktor Liashko said that more than 500 Ukrainians needed prosthetics and rehabilitation due to limb loss.
