Abstract
The relevance of the review study is due to the need to understand the essence of the methodological foundations of designing consulting activities in a higher education institution in conditions of uncertainty against the background of socio-economic crises. The rapid growth of consulting services determines the development of consulting activities and precedes significant losses caused by mistakes made by managers in management activities, etc. Consulting activity in the higher education system of Ukraine has expanded from professional training to solving problems in educational institution management, labor relations, service in state authorities, and social security. The essence of designing consulting activities in education, which is aimed at improving the quality of management activities, is a reliable mechanism for meeting the needs of subjects of educational activity and ensuring the competitiveness of higher education institutions. The article emphasizes the necessity of designing consulting activities in a higher education institution. A scientific and theoretical analysis of the methodological foundations of the outlined activity was carried out, the main requirements for its implementation were determined. The essence of designing consulting activities in a higher education institution is considered and revealed. The main definitions of the design of consulting activities in a higher education institution are highlighted. The necessity of designing consulting activities in the system of higher education is emphasized. The areas of cooperation of higher education institutions in the context of designing their activities are characterized. The article emphasizes the importance of planning in the modern educational activity of the manager of a higher education institution, especially in the conditions of global challenges, such as internationalization, mobility, democratization, diversification, etc. The difficulties and contradictions inherent in the formation of the informational and advisory environment of the institution of higher education and the development of the design of consulting activities in the system of higher education are singled out.
