Abstract

The development of information and communication technologies both drives social transformations and causes many negative phenomena, and is a source of new ways to solve media-related mental problems. The COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine restrictions have not only led to an economic crisis, but also worsened the overall emotional background in society. Education was forced to move to the massive use of distance learning. New living conditions also require new coping strategies to overcome fears and anxiety associated with the virus.
