Abstract

Life in the era of the next technological revolution implies the need to acquire skills that would enable a person to find their place in a world where the categories of human, biological and technological are mixed, giving reality to such phenomena as cross-reality (VR\AR), 3D printing, robotics, nanotechnology, genome modeling, biohacking, analysis of huge data sets and artificial intelligence. Representatives of various fields of education, science, and business are actively working on defining the elements that will make up the personality of the future. In 2016, the World Economic Forum was held in Davos, where a set of professional skills was presented that will be a condition for competitiveness in the professional realization of a person in 2020. Complex problem-solving is in the first place, critical thinking is in the second, followed by creativity, organizational skills, emotional intelligence, decision-making skills, and cognitive flexibility (WEF, 2016).
