Abstract

Modern Ukrainian patient-oriented pharmaceutical practice currently takes place in the conditions of martial law and harmonization with European legislation, in particular in the field of providing quality pharmaceutical care and the use of approaches to rational pharmacotherapy with drugs (drugs), based on the principles of evidence-based medicine. It has been analyzed that certain changes have taken place in Ukrainian legislation, in particular, the definition of the term "pharmaceutical aid" has been introduced into scientific and practical circulation at the state level and Good Practices have been officially adopted. The main trends and questions of consumers are determined by the popularity of keywords based on their frequency of search queries. The high consumer interest of the Ukrainian population in the issues of sleep disorders and cardiovascular diseases was investigated. Inquiries about the use of pharmaceuticals can hypothetically indicate an inadequate level of pharmaceutical care; advisory qualities. services in pharmacies of the country; low level of knowledge on drug pharmacology; self-treatment of cardiovascular diseases, respectively, improper pharmacotherapy of drugs and require modern pharmaceutical workers to acquire additional skills in providing pharmaceutical care, interprofessional interaction with doctors and patients, skills in persuading patients to seek medical help in health care institutions. The active promotion of dietary supplements for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases leads to an increase in the frequency of exacerbations of chronic diseases and, as a result, affects the health care budget and the growth of the disease burden.
