Abstract

The article reveals the problem of psychological resourcefulness of a personality as a means of assistance and recovery in the context of the modern permacrisis. It has been proved that psychological resourcefulness is an aspect of psychological functioning that characterises a person's ability to maintain mental stability and adapt to changes in various spheres of life. The difference between the definitions of ‘psychological resourcefulness’ and ‘psychological resources’ is that psychological resourcefulness is a characteristic (property, ability) of a person, while psychological resources are a functional potential that ensures a high level of human activity.
