Abstract

A comparative analysis of the Unified clinical protocol of primary, secondary (specialized) and tertiary (highly specialized) medical care "Stable IHD" and the Lists of medicines and medical devices (MV) that are subject to reimbursement under the program of state guarantees of medical care of the population, as of August 10, 2023, was conducted year". Medicinal products that are used in the pharmacotherapy of primary and secondary medical care and are not issued for reimbursement, are not included in the National List of essential medicinal products. The need to expand the listed documents was determined, which will have a positive impact on the health care budget in the future.
