Abstract

The process of formation and development of a successful team is analyzed. The main stages of the team's life cycle are identified and characterized, team roles are outlined. It was found that teams go through the following main stages of the life cycle in their development: formation, establishing interaction, normalization, productive functioning and disbanding/reorganization of the team. R. Belbin's model is presented, which includes the following team roles: coordinator, implementer, controller, motivator, idea generator, analyst, inspirer, supplier.
