Abstract
A typical educational program of primary education of special institutions of general secondary education for students of grades 3-4 with intellectual disabilities provides for the approximate content of the educational material, subject-oriented and life competencies of students. The innovative software was developed on the basis of the leading position of the competency-based and person-oriented learning model in the light of the NUS Concept and is presented as a fundamental basis for the development of educational work programs of educational institutions where children with intellectual disabilities are educated. The program is intended for teachers of special education institutions and institutions with inclusive education, methodologists, and everyone who is interested in the content of modern education of children with intellectual disabilities. The program will contribute to the effective training and development of innovative strategies for the education of schoolchildren with intellectual disabilities, their preparation for independent life activities and the formation of life competence for successful further social adaptation.
