Abstract

Emotional stress under the conditions of military operations and simultaneous work in educational institutions can be acutely perceived by a specialist, because the psychologist's deep attitudes and values related to his profession are destroyed. Emotional stress occurs during real or perceived danger, experiencing humiliation, guilt, anger and resentment, in cases of contradictions in professional choices, during a conflict with the inner "I". Psychologist's stress related to real (apparent) problems manifests itself in increased irritability, inability to defend against communicative aggression, inability to formulate a refusal where necessary, ignorance, failure to use special methods of protection against manipulation, differences in the pace of communication and much more.
