Abstract
The guidelines present the author's psychological algorithm for the formation of frustration tolerance, which gives effective ways to optimize the internal state of the individual. It involves the use of a set of the most relevant psychotherapeutic approaches, methods of cognitive-behavioral and emotional-imaginative therapy, corrective techniques (methods of relaxation, breathing exercises), mindfulness techniques (meditation practices, yoga, visualization), positive thinking, cognitive restructuring and reframing in order to overcome negative and obsessive thoughts. It will help reduce affiliative dissatisfaction, minimize anxiety, develop effective behavior strategies to adapt the individual to new conditions of life. It will provide an opportunity to develop the most favorable ways of responding to difficulties, as well as to form new effective skills that normalize the mental state, provide peace of mind and improve life. For employees of the psychological service in the education system, researchers, practical psychologists.
