The paper stipulates a critical position regarding implementation of psychological and pedagogical assessment in Inclusion Resource Centers (IRC). Such assessment of a person's development is viewed as a checklist of their individual characteristics that cause difficulties in learning. This approach cannot serve as psychological and pedagogical diagnosis suitable for functioning in the system of inclusive and special education.
