Abstract

The manual is intended for practical psychologists, graduate students, teachers of the psychological and pedagogical profile, and androgyny teachers. The author presents the detailed content of the innovative psychological and developmental program for harmonizing the psychological health of an adult.The program contains five educational and practical modules aimed at developing the components of the structure of psychological health, and a final part that promotes reflection on the experience gained during the training process. The implementation of the psychodiagnostic and developmental technologies outlined in the manual into the practice of psychological services in the education system of Ukraine will provide psychological and pedagogical workers with practical means of strengthening the psychological health and personal growth of students and adult workers, which will contribute to solving the spectrum of psychological problems of modern adult education.
