Abstract

The article is devoted to highlighting the problem of purposeful development of self-control as a factor in the harmonization of the psychological health of the individual. The author presents an analysis of the concept of "psychological health", developed and presented the detailed content of psycho-training aimed at the development of self-control and stress resistance.
