Abstract

The monograph analyzes social transformations as a prerequisite for actualizing the maturity of the subject. Based on the theoretical analysis, the dynamics of maturity criteria in different socio-cultural epochs is presented. Suggested socio-psychological concept of personal maturity in terms of social transformations. The developed author's concept on the basis of the system approach shows two aspects: static (typology, structure, structural-functional model) and dynamic (functions, mechanisms, dynamics); the socio-psychological conditions of optimization of the process of formation of personal maturity in the conditions of social transformations are revealed. The methodological principles and the program of optimization of the process of formation of personal maturity in the conditions of social transformations are presented. The results of the implementation of the program of optimization of the process of formation of personal maturity in pedagogical activity in the conditions of social transformations are analyzed. The monograph is designed for scientists, teachers, students of full-time and distance learning in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education, students-psychologists, psychologists, social educators, psychotherapists, coaches, specialists in the field of personal growth.
