Abstract

The problem of preserving and harmonizing the psychological health of Human in today's challenges is too relevant and socially significant. The article reveals the essence of the concept of "psychological health", establishes its connection with the constructiveness of personal development. The author presents a conceptual model of harmonization of mental health, which contains components of psychological health, dichotomous criteria of harmony, psychological mechanism and determinants of its harmonization.
