Permanent development of post-industrial structure society, in which a key role is played by information, permanent products of knowledges, their organization and translation, together with the dynamic changes of socio-economic, cultural, scientific and technical environment, as well as necessity of rapid adaptation to such changes, pull out on leading position education and re-education during life of individual, development of intellectual potentials, thought, in fact exactly they are the key factors of the noted adaptation. The new cognitive-orientation models of thoughts are forming, aimed at the update of knowledges, abilities and skills, on education in the mode of lifelong learning, providing, in particular, the social productivity and progress, is one of key terms of development of subjectness in the context of the modern world. Production, transmission and search of knowledges (information) become the leading types of activity of information society representatives together with education.
