Abstract

The impact of a pandemic covers the following aspects of human life: 1) the current life situation provoked by quarantine and pandemic; 2) personal present, unfolding within the pandemic; 3) personal future, which is predicted after the end of the pandemic; 4) the choice of the life-landscape. Understanding everyday life depends on how a person perceives his/her own present psychological time, how many life contexts he/she takes into account (the scale of the present is narrow when it is devoted to one life- context without (including elements of the past and the future; medium - when a person distributes attention between several life contexts; wide - when a person establishes numerous connections from the present with the past and future). Realism in predicting the future, taking into account possible obstacles to the realization of plans and dreams helps to increase the level of psychological well-being. Psychological well-being is seen as the experience of the ability to responsibly change, to create their own lives every day, gaining experience in the field of unpredictable, unexpected, unpredictable. Well-being implies the ability of an individual to constructively improvise with changes in life in accordance with a traumatic event. Ways to preserve psychological well-being in quarantine conditions: self-encouragement to creative activity (photography, singing, dancing, drawing, etc.); organization of active and passive leisure and intensification of communication (online and offline); creating a full-time regime through immersion in work or study. The strategies of trauma-sensitive support are the following: communication strategy, a strategy of changing the attitude to trauma, a strategy of facilitation of self-and mutual assistance, a strategy of promoting self-realization.
