Abstract

The report is devoted to the analysis of the problem of moral and ethical character development of the teacher as the main factor of increasing the effectiveness of pedagogical influence. A number of neurotic personality traits that impede pedagogical creativity are considered. The directions of psycho-correction work with teachers are outlined.
