Abstract

The article is devoted to the psychological analysis of the value determination of the personal formation of youth in contemporary socio-cultural conditions. Model built and defined criteria for personal maturity. Considerable attention is given to the consideration of the factor of neuroticism as a destructive process of personal development, an alternative to personal maturity in youth age.
