Abstract

The article is devoted to methodical recommendations for development of character culture of the pelago. The author defines the characteristic factors of the teacher's psychological readiness for pedagogical creativity. Training of character teacher culture development involves a combination of the following methods: conversations, debates, introspection, game exercises, role-playing games, reflection of experience.
