Abstract

The article is devoted to an actual problem of development of neurotic character of the teacher which negatively influences on a process of pedagogical activity and determinates a vector of destructive personal development of the teacher and pupils. In the article there were analyzed a psychological factors of neurotical developments of the personality. There were considered a basic forms of pathocharacterologycal developments. The infringement of the psychological mechanism of spiritually and moral self-control of the personality is a major factor of development of neurotic character.
