Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of psychological patterns of influence of vocational and educational factors on the process of harmonization of character of modern boys and girls. The author has theoretically analyzed the concept of "character of personality"; the criteria of harmony, types and levels of harmony of character are defined; empirical study of the level of harmony of character of high school students and students of different specialties and experimentally proved that spiritual and moral development and professional orientation of personality cause harmonization of character of boys and girls.
