Abstract

The problem of motivation of pedagogical workers of the institutions of professional (vocational-technical) education is revealed in the article, namely its activation in the conditions of fierce competition that will allow institutions to respond in time to changes in the process of education reform. The state of research of the problem of motivation of work activity is analyzed and the necessity of application of motivational measures is substantiated. The psychological features and problems of the professional teachers’activity of the system of vocational and technical education are covered and the essence, peculiarities of their professional perfection are shown, psychological and economic factors of motivation of their professional perfection are revealed.
