Abstract

How to feel comfortable in the workplace? How do we determine if we have successfully joined an educational organization? What do you need to do to establish yourself as a team specialist? The answers to these and other questions are given in this special course. The special course covers psychological peculiarities, factors and conditions of entry of pedagogical workers in educational organizations, presents modern psycho-diagnostic methods and exercises for self-support and development of the corresponding psychological resource of the individual. The development contains a curriculum, program content, information materials for the special course, questions for self-control and a list of used and recommended literature. It is intended for pedagogical workers of educational organizations, students of institutes of postgraduate pedagogical education, as well as all who are interested in the problems of successful entry of pedagogical workers in educational organizations for their well-being.
