Abstract

The article deals with the issue of linguistic support of the electronic catalog, the application of unification in the process o fobjecting documents and features. Revealed the value of the authoritative file of subject headings and authoritative control fororganizing the electronic catalogues, ensuring its quality and improving the effectiveness of thematic search.
