Abstract
The article deals with the problem of the identity of teachers who carry out their professional activities in the conditions of socio-economic changes. The concept of "temporal aspects of identity" is specified. The results of pilot study of actual and prospective identity of teachers (N = 40) are presented. The prospects of further scientific researches – determination of presence / absence of a syndrome of "professional burnout" from teachers as a factor of development of their readiness for social changes are outlined.
