Abstract

Cooperation with other countries assumes the construction of model of the common future. Informational openness enables the «infestation» of the societies with action programs, which are «harmful» for these societies. Reflection of own future as a part of metasubject will let to understand their role in future processes and the possible algorithms of actions.
