Abstract

In the article peculiarities of construction of future about the future are analyzed. Ideas of future are considers as an idea of discourse of this subjects. Discourse is a model of the world, which includes unclear image of the subject itself and schemes of its behavior in some kind of social context according to the goals. Correspondingly, design contains the image of discourse’s author, proposed spaces of author’s self-realization and goals of his life activities. Construction of images of future means understanding by the subject of its “I”, of the space(s) of self-realization, and also accordance of the present goals, both those which organize life activities and those, which are targeted. Results of empirical research of organization of images of future by the students of humanitarian specialties in Russia (n = 148) and Ukraine (n = 136). It is revealed, that construction of images of future is a process of differentiation of the existing structure and its integration on the new level of complexity. Considered data of results of the interviews of Russian and Ukrainian students displays cross section of consequent stages of this process. Separate groups of students are on the different stages of construction of the sustainable structure of their images of future, which corresponds to the stage of their life path. It is shown than organization of images of future and peculiarities of their (re)construction among Russian and Ukrainian students slightly differ. Significant differences were revealed only in the estimation of possibilities for the full self-realization in own country, that show the number of students, who declare intentions to emigrate. If the image of a country in the semantic space was located far from the expected image of future country, number of subjects, which have no intention to connect their future with this country, increases.
