Abstract

The problem of professional burnout of psychologists, social workers who provide psychosocial support to the population of the victim as a result of military actions in eastern Ukraine, the symptoms of this phenomenon and the stages of their manifestation are considered. As a result of the pilot study, it was determined that the development and implementation of systematic measures to prevent and overcome professional burnout in the said providers of psychosocial services becomes particularly relevant. As a practical measure, a system of interventions is proposed based on world experience and includes psychoeducation, diagnosis, correction.
