Abstract

This paper reveals the features of the primary school transformation process as a continuation of what happened at the end of the twentieth century, when the psychological service at the school was opened and questions about the development of the student’s personality and a favorable atmosphere in the school were raised on the agenda. As a result of analyzing the experience of educational reforms in recent decades, several ideas have been proposed that are valuable for the development of a new Ukrainian school.
