Abstract

The work is devoted to the socio-psychological support as a resource to optimize the country's population transition to the peaceful life conditions. Socio-psychological support is considered as comprehensive person support from the people around, which includes family, friendship, professional and other networks. It has been identified the following predictors of individual’s inclusion in the communities’ life: the individual willingness to receive support from the communities; stimulation of individual motivation for individual contribution to the communities’ life; individual responsibility increasing for community activities. It has been studied the dependence of adaptation to the peaceful life conditions on the structure (size, quantity, branching of social networks, intensity of contacts) and functions (protective, stabilization, instrumental) of socio-psychological support. The vectors of socio-psychological support for the injured persons are determined: direct assistance to the injured person; indirect support through the revitalization of the communities in which the person is included; social networks that feed personal communication resources.
