Abstract
Features of forming psychological culture of education workers in informational society. Collective monograph - the result of three years research work of the team of the laboratory of psychodiagnostics and scientific psychological information. In the first chapter analyzes theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem of psychological culture and its features in the information society, the essence and structure of this psychological phenomenon are considered. The second chapter presents the results of the study of factors of psychological culture, which deepen scientific ideas about the mechanisms and specifics of the formation of psychological culture in our time. The third chapter show the results of empirical research, highlights the practical aspects of the formation of psychological culture, offers recommendations that expand the space for improving the educational process in educational institutions and help the professional self-development of education workers.
