Abstract

The monograph includes a scientifically substantiated analysis of the problem of development of a professional innovative culture of pedagogical workers, where the main attention is paid to the definition of its philosophical and psychological foundations, psychological patterns and mechanisms. The psychological features of a person capable of innovation are revealed. The methodology of complex psychological study of professional innovative culture of pedagogical workers is presented.
