Abstract

The methodological manual includes professionograms and psychograms of the professions of pedagogical direction, a short dictionary of the most commonly used concepts. Professiograms and psychograms contain information on the general characteristics of occupations, sanitary and hygienic conditions and occupational safety, occupational requirements for the employee, contraindications to training and professional duties, opportunities for vocational training and employment prospects. Psychograms contain professionally important qualities, the availability of which gives an individual the opportunity to become a qualified specialist in the profession, psychodiagnostic methods for their definition and diagnostic indicators. Practical use of professional materials can improve the effectiveness of vocational guidance work in the pedagogical professions. The manual is intended for educators and a wide range of professionals who deal with issues of professional orientation.
