Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of problem situations, which arise in the system of professional interaction of managers. The authors have described the procedure of empirical research and point the technique of in-depth expert interview. The authors have defined four types of problem situations, which arise in the system of professional interaction of managers: 1) situations caused by communication problems; 2) situations caused by cooperation problems; 3) situations related to personal problems; 4) situations arising from problems of professional competence. The authors have specified the peculiarities of the manifestation of these problem situations in different subsystems of managers’ professional interaction and have presented a list of illustrations of typical situations. The authors have outlined the prospects for using the results of research in the field of education and practical activities (training, consulting) of a psychologist.
