Abstract
The essence of humanistic educational paradigm as learning about the people domination over themselves is discovered in this article. It is a conscious and free person’s mastery of some spiritual and moral values. The author focuses on the factors that prevent to achieve a personal goal. According to the author’s opinion, the main brake mechanism is a phenomenon of contradiction between the personality’s target-motivational component and an effective component. Therefore, the personal reflection as transformational technology is analyzed. The notions of «human image» and the phenomenon of «want to be yourself» as orientation of the personality’s spiritual development are defined.
