Abstract
The handbook reveals the condition and summarizes the scientific information, publishing, teaching activities 48 leading educational libraries in the 2016. Handbook contains 1006 positions. Publishing to coordinate the functioning of the network of education libraries Ministry of education of Ukraine and National Academy of pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, improve the quality of information services of pedagogical and scientific-pedagogical staff, improvement of professional activity of specialists of libraries in the educational sector of Ukraine.
