Abstract

The monograph considers the theoretical synthesis and experimental solution of the problem of intellectually gifted senior student’s personal development. It presents the conceptual model, methodical and software tools of evaluation of changes in the structure of personal qualities of intellectually gifted senior students, as well as psychological and pedagogical conditions and means of implementing of personal development of these students as an instrument enables the improvement of the quality of identification and forecasting of intellectual senior students giftedness with recommendations for possible individualization of gifted children teaching. It also presents a program of training sessions for senior student’s personal development that will benefit managers, psychologists, pedagogues for use in the process of psychological and pedagogical support of intellectually gifted students.
