Abstract
In clause the basic social - psychological factors formation of the person of the future teacher and, in particular, of development of his spiritual potential are analysed, the author's definitions spirituality and spiritual development of the person are given. One of ways of attraction of youth to modelling and direct participation in real socially useful activity is the technology of the creative spiritually focused projects. As an example the results of realisation of the project "Meeting of generations" are given, in which the graduates of a humanitarian class of the Kiev grammar school №153 by him took part. А.S.Pushkin and pensioners of a House of the veterans of a stage.
