Abstract
Dissertation for receiving the degree of Doctor of pedagogical sciences on specialty 13.00.04 – Theory and methodology of professional education. – The Institute of pedagogical education and adult education of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. – Kyiv, 2015. The dissertation is devoted to the system analysis of the problem on organizing professional training of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions. The theoretical and methodological principles of professional training problem of employable people are proved, the conceptual approaches to the professional education of economically active adults are defined; the activities of organizing professional training of adults by state employment agency of Ukraine are reported; the author’s concept of professional training of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions is developed, the professional training compound models and technological stages of the mentioned categories of the adult people are explained; psychological and pedagogical conditions for scientific and methodic support of professional training of the main categories of economically active people are defined; didactic principles of professional training of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational institutions in national educational practice are discovered; effectiveness of educational activities of the given categories of adult population is determined and scientific and methodic recommendations for improving professional training of the main categories of economically active people based on creative use of progressive ideas of international experience are developed. The theoretical analysis of professional training constituents of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions has enabled to develop the scientific and methodical support. The scientific and methodical support in the context of our research is defined as the targeted, ordered and coordinated system of scientific, educational and methodical documentation, didactic training means, pedagogical technologies as well as certain psychological and pedagogical conditions combined with the single concept and aimed at increasing professional competence of an adult person. The empirical analysis for determining the effectiveness of professional training of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions has proved that professional training makes an impact on quality of labor potential if a training program satisfies job responsibilities and professional functions which are required of an employee at a working place or enables to increase professional competence and competitiveness of the adults. It has been clarified that the implementation of professional training innovative technologies will provide the system organization of professional training of the registered unemployed and attendees of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions via the improvement of functional of employment center employees, pedagogical employees of vocational educational centers of state employment agency, specialists of educational departments of enterprises, organizations and institutions.
